Maintaining Your Genos Credential
Professional and competent use of the Genos assessment tools comes from continued learning about their use, discussion and networking with other Certified Practitioners and continued real-world experiences of their use.
As such, to maintain your Certification, all Practitioners need to debrief a minimum of three (3) Genos EI Reports in a 12 month period and attend at least one Genos Professional Development event each calendar year. You can register for these events via the Certification page on the Genos website and/or view recordings of these events via Genos University.
In addition to these requirements, Genos also requires Certified Practitioners to hold professional indemnity insurance at a minimum of USD$1,000,000 or CAD$1,000,000 in local currency.
